In an attempt to reduce the amount of time at the dealership we went thru Brian online sales to get trade in and planned vehicle purchase taken care of before arriving. In a FREEZING show room and even colder finance office. Got sheister vibes from the salesman we were changed to from the nice on line fella. The other unfortunate side of waiting was having to look at some of the most unprofessionally dressed staff I’ve ever seen in my 40 years of buying cars. Shirt buttons barely holding on due to being 3 sizes to small. One fellas pants were so small they were belted far below his bottom end. Stains and mismatched clothing that is too small does not instill confidence. I wanted to walk away and almost did I was so cold and mentally exhausted. The finance guy is the exception- nice, clean, professionally dressed and handled the closing quickly. He could read I was spent. How is it possible to fill the gas tank and add ceramic coating in 15 minutes? I’m going to figure out a way for someone to test that the ceramic coating was applied at all. It sure doesn’t look like it the way the rain beads off! More

I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator from Great Lakes Subaru and was pleased with the vehicle overall. The buying process was smooth, professional, and handled over the phone as promised. However, the interior detailing that was assured to me was not completed. Despite multiple follow-ups with my sales rep, I never received a response once it was clear the car hadn't been cleaned. I ended up paying $150 for a professional cleaning, which was disappointing given my investment. I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of follow-up after what had otherwise been a great experience. I believe in honest communication and high standards of customer service, and I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in ensuring that all promised services are fulfilled. I truly value transparency and reliability in business, and I hope my experience can help the dealership address these issues for future customers. More
