Great experience This is my 3rd purchase from Knipplemeier. My normal salesman, Jim, was unavailable today. But, he put me in touch with Brian Workman. I was out of to This is my 3rd purchase from Knipplemeier. My normal salesman, Jim, was unavailable today. But, he put me in touch with Brian Workman. I was out of town all week and Brian followed up with me via text on every question. I set an appointment and he was there waiting for me. I had several questions about how the pricing was different for the same truck at different dealerships and Brian patiently walked me through everything and how some dealerships try to undercut others. I was satisfied with the candid answers and explanations. Brian was very honest and transparent about the pricing and financing and was very competent about everything. He followed me home to drop off the car I arrived in and drove me back to the dealership. He spent half the day getting this done, knowing he was sharing this sale with good ole Jim. There’s no doubt that I’ll return in the future. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased in 12 years from here. This dealership has been here for years and years as several nearby dealerships seem to change ownership every couple of years. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences each time I’ve purchased. Even when I had a trade in I was given top dollar for my trade. Great service, excellent selection and tenured salespeople. Easy to do business with. I gave 4 stars for price only because the price of all vehicles are so high no matter what. More
