I was ultimately happy to find a truck and a lease that worked for me, but there were several communication challenges during the process. I was interested in comparing lease options on multiple trucks tha worked for me, but there were several communication challenges during the process. I was interested in comparing lease options on multiple trucks that were available on the lot. When I requested information on several vehicles, I would have appreciated more clarity and consistency regarding the available options and quotes. When the quotes were provided, they were based on a 12,000-mile lease. When I told Brianna I needed 15,000 miles per year, I was told that could be adjusted without changing the rate, but later informed that this was not possible. I was also told that all-weather mats might be available for the truck, but later learned that this could not be accommodated. While I am satisfied with the vehicle, clearer communication and more accurate information throughout the process would have made for an even better experience. More

It was a horrible experience. . I was not shown where the vehicle was unless I provided my information first. How can I do that without seen the vehicle first to see if I’m interes .
