This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through! Agim was amazing - he has such a calming personality and made everything feel really laid back and easy. Since the first day of contact with Marcus and Talas, they stood out amongst many other dealers I've communicated with. We probably exchanged 10 emails and four phone calls on the first day. Marcus answe they stood out amongst many other dealers I've communicated with. We probably exchanged 10 emails and four phone calls on the first day. Marcus answered every question I had and if he didn't have the answer Talas did. They understood that I was shopping for the best deal, a car for myself, and the best trade-in number. I was in communication with four other dealers and these guys gave me the best trade number and reduced their vehicle more than others. It was an online deal and very fair for both of us. Never once was I pressured to commit and send a deposit and I also told them that I probably wasn't going to buy their vehicle.. yet they remained professional and courteous, so I chose these guys. Paul in finance was A1 to deal with as well. Crown is a top-notch operation. More

It was a risky decision for us when it comes to purchasing a brand asking about the Granadier, we knew he would be our best sales representative. It was a risky decision for us when it comes to purchasing a brand new car which was introduced to US market recently and no one knew about it but working with him was such a peaceful process. Everything went very smooth, even though we were from Orlando and had to do everything remotely before we get there and buy the car.
