I have been into this dealership a few times for both of my Subarus. I've worked with several service coordinators and had luck with them all. This was my first time working with Brittney, and she is extrao my Subarus. I've worked with several service coordinators and had luck with them all. This was my first time working with Brittney, and she is extraordinarily good. Everything went like clockwork and Brittney also gave me an alignment sheet showing before and after specs, even though this was a warranty service. I look forward to working with Brittney in the future. More

I think the best service ever!! I was listened to! In the past my Husband would always handle service(s) for our cars. It’s a car dealership…it’s either 5 stars or 1 star. They seem to do their job when I come in. When i was still shopping for my car, shawna is sales was great too but I ended up buying a used WRX with almost seem to do their job when I come in. I took my car in a month prior and was told they could not replicate the AC issues I reported. This is a 2019 Forester that they had already replaced the blower a year prior on- clearly an issue. They shuttled me to work and were supposed to shuttle me back. Jason said they had no one to pick me up and then sent a Lyft that was cancelled by Subaru. I got there after closing due to their carelessness and then was blamed for getting there past closing. I spoke to Artie about it too- just as careless as his employee, Jason. This week, the eye sight turned off and the car turned off entirely while driving. Beyond dangerous. Brittney stated this was caused by a fuse and this was also causing the AC issues that I brought it in for a month prior. There was zero recognition regarding how avoidable this was had they done their job a month prior. I regret purchasing from Subaru at all. More
