My muffler has a loose brackets in the inside of it that's causing loud noises.. Bettern chevrolet wants me to pay for it eventhoughh I have a extended warranty. I've been waiting for a return call fo that's causing loud noises.. Bettern chevrolet wants me to pay for it eventhoughh I have a extended warranty. I've been waiting for a return call for about 2 weeks. So I decided to call Bryce back in service. He stated that he actually had forgot about me and that he would reach out again to the warranty company. What's the use of.having a warranty for your vehicle if something happens to it it's not covered. It's not damaged to nothing that I did. It sounds like a bad weld that caused the bracket to break off in the inside of the muffler. WHY it is my expense? That's just extra money being spent for nothing. I've only had the vehicle since November 2024 and the second owner. I feel that it should be replaced at no cost to myself and covered by Betten Chevrolet. More
