Honestly, I continue to bring my car here, even though I’ve moved and now live an additional 45 mins away. All of the staff is very helpful, my only reason for scoring lower on customer service and friendliness is due to the person I spoke with when making the appointment. It wasn’t that she wasn’t friendly, but her overall attitude was less than stellar. By comparison of the others I’ve worked with, she was subpar. That said, it might’ve just been a bad day and I’ll continue to use ASH. More

Maintenance I own two Honda’s, 2016 Accord and 2016 CRV. Both have been regularly serviced at All Star Honda. The service department has gone straight downhill for years! The advisors act as if they are being bothered when you arrive. They are not at all knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. The techs are sloppy and have had destroyed my rims and lugs from tire rotations. I will be moving in a week to Northwest Indiana and hope the Honda dealership in Merrillville is better. More
