THEY scheduled my 4 month old Enclave for service. I brought it in and it sat there for 7 hours untouched. I have multiple brake problem warnings popping up constantly. The tech told me to schedule somewhere that wasn't "backed up" like that made it ok. Incompetent to schedule an appointment at 830am and never even touch the car.
