Bought a truck they had a decal on it. They said they were to remove it. The detail department pulled paint off the bed and when they went to buff the rest, they burnt the paint they attem They said they were to remove it. The detail department pulled paint off the bed and when they went to buff the rest, they burnt the paint they attempted to fix it. They had a guy paint it in a grass field. He didn’t wash it prep it or anything just sprayed. It. Got paint on both driver side windows, the rear window, then wiped the paint where he oversprayed with alcohol damaging the paint more then was told I’m being too picky for somebody who always spent 20 something. Thousand dollars went and got two different quotes to get it fixed from two different shops. The GM refused those and took it to a different body shop which there the guy did not do what he said he was gonna do told us he was gonna strip the bed where it needed to be repainted. Then, when I went to pick it up, he admitted he did not strip the bed yet he sanded just high spots, and the whole bed is nothing but orange peel, and has a bunch of dots where his paint sprayer was obviously having an issue and also took paint off in three different spots on the fender and they refuse to fix it. We never do business with this company again it’s been three weeks and my truck is not fixed was told being too picky for spending little money. More

I saw a truck on their website that I was interested in but located in Leesburg, I called and spoke to Jenna in sales, she told me the truck was in the shop for a safety check and would be finished and sen but located in Leesburg, I called and spoke to Jenna in sales, she told me the truck was in the shop for a safety check and would be finished and sent to Crystal river that afternoon, Saturday March 15,2025. She told me to hold the truck so no one else bought it, Tehy would need a deposit, I agreed to give them one. I never heard from them Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I called Monday afternoon , Jenna told me it was still in the shop for a safety check, which I thought was odd. I told her to either get the truck there or refund my money, which she said she would have to call me back. I received a call back 30 minutes later from Jenna with her sale manager telling me it would cost me an additional $6274.36 to do the repairs on the truck that THEY wanted to sell me. I told them NO, and told them to refund my money/deposit, which the manage agreed to, I had to call back a few days later as they NEVER refund my money/deposit. Be careful dealing with these people, they are the true definition of "A USED CAR SALESMAN". More
