I cannot say enough of how incredibly professional, kind & wonderful dealing with everyone at Babylon Honda has been. From Chaneen's outreach after I made an inquiry to their welcome when I arrived. And finally my purchase, I had asked "please make this easy & painless on me" as I was trading in my 2023 Toyota Rav 4.....which is considered new but I unfortunately did not have good experiences with the dealership who I purchased the vehicle from. I wanted out! It was exactly what they did! Outstanding. I have been to many dealerships on Long Island & would recommend this dealership over them all! Just Real, honest down to earth individuals! They called my 70 year old mother to trade her car in she asked for a lower payment they guaranteed it!!! Then bait and switched her into a more expensive payment on a lease then her finanace was on original asked for a lower payment they guaranteed it!!! Then bait and switched her into a more expensive payment on a lease then her finanace was on original car. To make matters worse worse the car they gave her had electrical issues withing 24 hours and no refuse to switch her to a different car!!!! Complete xxxx!!!!! More
