Bruce was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and then assured the Tiguan included all the requirements. The Service Manager took care of us with enthusiasm and we were on our way very quickly. We came back to the Dealership because we were impressed by their response when we had trouble. Bruce showed the same professionalism in helping us find a new VW. Jennifer Scroggins also did a great job taking us through the maze of paperwork involved in buying the Tiguan. She made the paperwork path very easy to traverse. More

When we got to the lot, they had already pulled the vehicles up and they were ready for us to inspect. We did not go with the intent to BUY, but we found the perfect one!! Bruce was very helpful in finding the exact car on the lot I had had my eye on! He was knowledgable and very friendly. I did not have that traditional "pressure" you feel at car dealerships. It was a very relaxing experience. We sat and talked numbers and I was able to drive my 2020 Outlander off the lot that night!! MUCH TO MY SURPRISE!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
