He was not pushy but very cordial the whole time we worked with him. We didn;t buy the first day but Bruce e-mailed any information he thought we would want to know. After agreeing on a price we went back to the dealership and bought a 2013 Beetle. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful . Kim Gilbert was very professional in explaining the warranty and Maintenance packages. She was very helpful. All in all, we had a very good experience at this dealership and will have more as we take the car in for different services. We would recommend this dealership to others. More

Our 2001 beetle left us strandedon a Saturday. We had it towed to the dealership for repairs. The service manager and service writer waited after hours for us and called ans secured us a rental until our ca towed to the dealership for repairs. It was found that the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. We were in a tight spot. Bruce, Jeff, and Danny made a very difficult situation a good deal for us by using the fantastic sales programs offered by Volkswagen. I would definitely buy another car from Bruce and Pete Moore and would recommend to others to do the same. More

I worked with Jason in May to help me get into a convertible that I wanted. Then when that car was totaled last week I did not hesitate to return back. We bought our daughter her new bug from Bruce Harmon at Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us on a 2012 "used" beetle they had on the lot. His attention to my daughter and no pressure sales tactic was impossible to refuse. Once she "fell in love"' with the new one, the negotiation process was perfect. We weren't sure whether we wanted to trade our 04 Beetle or our 08 Nissan. Bruce took the time to look at trade in values on both vehicles. (We ended up keeping the 04 Bug because it's just too cute to part with anytime soon.) Once we had decided to make the purchase, Bruce went WAY beyond the call of duty to explain everything about the car to our 19 year old. Even though Mom and Dad were paying for the vehicle, he knew it was her car, and he took the time to explain everything about maintenance, care and features to her. In addition, while we were dealing with the business office, he took her on a tour of the dealership, helped her set up her phone to the Bluetooth, etc. We appreciated the experience we had with everyone in the dealership. I feel sorry for anyone that tries to sell my daughter a car in the future. The bar has been set VERY HIGH by Pete Moore VW and Bruce Harmon. More

I have bought several new cars over the years and have been happy with them all, with only one major breakdown, the service department made it go very easy. My wife bought her second car now from Mr. Cri been happy with them all, with only one major breakdown, the service department made it go very easy. My wife bought her second car now from Mr. Cribb just a couple weeks before I bought mine. I usally go through Mr. Cribb, but due to a family health problem that took him out of town, he still worked with me by phone while I was driving to the dealership which takes about 2 hours, having me contact Jeff Koral who set me up with Bruce Harman. Bruce knew what I was looking for pretty much and only looked at two cars. The one I saw on the internet was the one I looked at first. I didn't like the interior so Bruce showed me the one that I bought. Bruce knew I had an older Jetta, but took the time to show me all the new changes in the model year. It was nice not to have to play the so called auto dealer games that makes car buying a real pain in the you know where. The service department has gone out of their way, except for the joke of the big screen TV hint, hint, LOL, and given me great service, keeping me informed of any problems with my cars, with very little down time when there were problems. The routine maintenance was done in short order. More
