If someone finds a vehicle they think will fill their needs, they need to slow down, listen closely to their salesperson and especially the finance person because, they are going to fall all over themsel needs, they need to slow down, listen closely to their salesperson and especially the finance person because, they are going to fall all over themselves to sell you lifetime oil changes and extended warranty that will both add considerably to the bottom line and how much additional you will finance. Make sure you clearly understand each line of the cost breakdown summary of exactly what will be added to the amount financed. Personally, I felt the tires on the vehicle I selected were not adequate even though they legally had enough tread for another 5000 miles or so. I had those tires replaced through Bend Honda and paid for them directly and not added to amount financed. Also, get a very clear understanding of exactly how your new vehicle operates; technological advancements are moving at lightspeed and I had to get a lot of training to operate some of the new gagetry.
