We have purchased 3 or 4 cars from him, and when we needed one again after a horrible accident we knew who to call. John listens to our wants and needs and he is relentless at getting the best deal for us. When we go in to Principle John always remembers who we are as of we never left. Dalton who helped us with finance was so nice too. He walked is through everything since we've never done a lease. We were at ease making the decision to go this route. More

We had an exceptional experience working with John Alford and his team at Principle VW this past weekend. We walked in with a strict budget for our son’s first car, assuming a newer SUV was out of reach. Joh and his team at Principle VW this past weekend. We walked in with a strict budget for our son’s first car, assuming a newer SUV was out of reach. John completely exceeded our expectations—he found us a larger, 2-year-old SUV with an excellent warranty, going over our target budget by just $500 out-the-door. To make things even better, John and his team personally delivered the vehicle to our home the very next business day. It’s rare to find a dealership that is transparent, straightforward, and zero-hassle. We will definitely be returning to John for future purchases. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond! More

Everyone was nice and friendly. We didn’t feel and pressure during our visit. The process did seem a little long at sometimes but nothing to complain about. We didn’t feel and pressure during our visit. The process did seem a little long at sometimes but nothing to complain about. More
