My experience with Heritage Toyota and in particular my salesman, Herb Drawbaugh was exceptional. I was worried initially because I was coming from out of state, And in the past not every car purchase with salesman, Herb Drawbaugh was exceptional. The big key for me was that the sales team kept their word, honored their pricing, and delivered to me an outstanding vehicle in a professional manner. With the exception of a promotional visa card which I have not yet received which I am viewing as in clerical error at this point, my purchase was perfect. I'd like to thank the sales, management, and finance teams. I'll see you when my wife is ready to buy her Toyota Venza. I can't believe that I just made my local Toyota dealer a 4 hour drive each way. Lol Lastly, some notable mentions: Bryan Deguzman. Thanks for getting me started. I got a great deal. If anyone in the public is reading this, start with Bryan 1st then have him connect you with Herb that was my recipe for success. Wendell Fletcher (Sales Manager): He's tough and doesn’t give in easy (if at all). But he keeps his word and he made the effort. You still respect him even if he tells you ..No. I still wish I got that extra 200 bucks for my car. Just kidding my friend... Last but not least, Fred Mansfield. FINANCE Mgr. Typically, Once the deal is done you go into the Room of death. Where you are pressured into purchasing things you may not need or want prolonging the transaction and raising your blood pressure. If the public is reading this Have no fear, Fred Mansfield is a class act all the way. I usually use my Nancy Reagan approach and "just say no". But Fred layed it out, spelled it out, and made it make sense and work for me. All with zero pressure. This time I said yes to stuff because it actually made sense for my particular circumatances. We have worked with Billi at her previous place of employment (6 hours away), so when we decided to purchase another vehicle, there was no doubt we wanted to work with her again. My husband drove 14 hours to Heritage Toyota and then back home with yet another one of my favorite vehicles. We purchased a 2021 Sienna, and when he arrived home with it, the kids and I could hardly contain our excitement! This was a situation where management awareness kept me with Heritage. I had one salesman who did not meet expectations and did not have adequate knowledge of the car he was trying to sell me. I presented the same deal to 4 different Toyota Dealers. The cars were the same configuration and same amount down. Heritage was the highest price for a lease out of the four dealers.
