It was obvious Ganley Subaru wanted my business and they bent over backward to get it. I appreciated the no hassle, stress free environment they provided. They made sure that all my questions were answered . Jeff Rosen, Mike Bryson and Bryan Escott are outstanding to work with. After agreeing to a deal, Mike Bryson made my visit enjoyable and very easy to get all the paperwork done. He made me feel welcome and showed that he appreciated my business very much. Outstanding service, on time and complete I returned to the dealership for my first service appointment (oil change / tire rotation / checkup) at 6,000 miles. Tim, the service person with whom I returned to the dealership for my first service appointment (oil change / tire rotation / checkup) at 6,000 miles. Tim, the service person with whom I dealt, was congenial and eager to make sure I was satisfied with what was being done to my car. I had planned to wait for the appointment to be complete, so I brought a book with me, and spent the time in the waiting area. During my visit, Bryan, the sales manager, came over to greet me and asked how things were going. I was very impressed to have been remembered as a customer 5 months after purchasing the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service a Subaru. More
