Very helpful and accommodating I was hesitant to buy a new car during the pandemic, but they made it very easy and observed social distancing. I almost ended up with the wrong vehicle for me (my fault). When the reality of my mistake sunk in, I asked Mike to help me correct my bad purchase decision. I think that he and Bryan Escott "moved the earth" to help me out. The result being that I finally drove home in a Legacy that my wife and I both love. Perfect ending to a stressful 2 days. I also appreciated the help and advice from Chris in Service. He gave me some good advice on service that my leased vehicle needed prior to the lease turn in. I am one happy customer. Professional, courteous, helpful Gary listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to a car I knew nothing about. He was very knowledgeable, took his time with me as I compare Gary listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to a car I knew nothing about. He was very knowledgeable, took his time with me as I compared different cars, and really helped me make the best decision. Bryan made me feel comfortable even before I showed up for my appointment; he called me to confirm my appointment and we spoke about a few things. The interest that both Gary and Bryan portrayed was part of the reason I bought the car from Ganley Subaru/Bedford. There was also a woman I worked with who helped me when I picked up the car; she walked me through signing the papers and setting up the extended warranty. I can't remember her name but she too was very helpful and went out of her way to try to get the extended warranty affordable for me. More
