Negotiator Extraordinaire Phil was amazing! I felt like he was on my side the entire time. He customer service was top notch, I literally came in to BMW on a whim after taking Phil was amazing! I felt like he was on my side the entire time. He customer service was top notch, I literally came in to BMW on a whim after taking about getting a car over lunch with my family. I left the lot knowing that I'd be driving a car within the week. After a few days of negotiation and extremely helpful insight on what to look for in the right car, we were able to work out an great deal.
