Bryan Hildebrand has been in the automotive industry since 1998, beginning in a family-owned repair business before becoming a Master Mazda Technician and later moving into management. He went on to oversee service operations at a Ford/Lincoln/Mazda dealership before joining Jaguar Land Rover Riverside in 2018. In 2021, he expanded his role to include leadership of both the service and parts departments. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys boating, fishing, and off-roading with his wife and three children. A dedicated family man, he takes pride in supporting his kids’ many athletic pursuits.

Had a restricted performance message "fixed" 10 months ago. Has come back on twice since. Took it in to LR Riverside. Service advisor is great. Service manager is helpful depending on the day...They h ago. Has come back on twice since. Took it in to LR Riverside. Service advisor is great. Service manager is helpful depending on the day...They had my car for a week, found nothing supposedly saying their fix is not the problem, but did nothing to try to find the reason for the restricted performance warning. Service manager says I declined any further investigation...not really the case, I was told to take it home and see if it comes back as it turns off by restarting the car the 2 times it has happened. Now right after the inspection the engine smells like burning diesel exhaust. Didn't smell that way before their inspection. I am taking it to my trusted diesel mechanic to see if there is an issue that LR cannot find or wants to charge me quoting the service manager '$270 per hour for 3-4 hours' to further diagnose not fix yet the same problem the car had when they "fixed it" for over $5000. These guys are nice guys, and honestly I like them, but what I really want is my car to be fixed and at this point, it is not. More
