I have been communicating with this seller regarding a motor coach. The plan was for me to drive 12 hours to look at it and potentially buy it. This was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences we’ve ever had! We test drove a 2015 Chevy Silverado on Monday and were told the price was firm by Alex. On Tuesday, the dealership r experiences we’ve ever had! We test drove a 2015 Chevy Silverado on Monday and were told the price was firm by Alex. On Tuesday, the dealership reached out saying they’d approve selling it for $2,000 less. We asked for an updated price sheet and didn’t hear back. Yesterday, my husband spoke with a different salesman, Brian, who confirmed the truck was still available, immediately sent updated pricing, and scheduled a pickup time for this evening. This morning they discussed down payment options and my husband agreed to get a check from the bank for the purchase amount. My husband left work on his lunch to go to the bank and immediately upon returning received a text saying the truck had “just sold.” I had made arrangements to be dropped off at work, since my husband was going to be getting off early and picking me up, so we could get the truck. We had confirmed pricing, had an active purchase in progress, and a scheduled appointment. At no point were we told the truck was being shown or sold to someone else. This felt like a typical bait-and-switch! We wasted our time and rearranged our entire workday. This was extremely unprofessional of Boyko Motors! Based on today’s experience, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them! More

Stop in this dealership on the way back from a trip to Seattle to look at a truck. Seemed like good people Alex the salesman told me he had no room lower price so we left to think on it. Got a text back day later said they want to sell quick and would do 2000 dollar discount. So I called back told them I had financing and could be up there next day. They immediately setup an appointment for 6 the next day. My wife was working in Tacoma that day so I was going to leave work a little early and pick her up and go to my arranged appointment. I get a text from Alex the salesman saying he would accept my 2500 dollar nonrefundable hold and send it to zelle now. So I called him and confirmed i had a cashiers check and an appt already setup he said ok and to call on my way. Right after that he messages me and says someone else has bought truck and he would let me know if it falls through at this point very confused and irritated I called him back for him to tell me he gave me an opportunity and I did not take it. So check in hand and a totally rearranged schedule I was out of luck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

This deal ship is a scam! ! I purchased a truck from them with cash and a train in truck (paid off). It has been three months and no title or plates. Kept getting the excuse th ! Kept getting the excuse that th year need more time because they are short staffed. Well apparently not short staffed enough to give the title of the truck I bought to someone else. Yeah that right just a few weeks after I purchased the truck they turned in the title paperwork for someone else who got a loan for my truck I payed cash for!!!! I am still waiting on the title and plates working with the WA DOL to get it sorted and they are saying I will need to get the police involved. Stay away from Boyko Motors! They will lie to your face over and over because they are running some kind of fraud scam. Do not buy anything from this dealership no matter how good the price is! More
