Well as of yesterday, we got a call from our previous financial institution stating Spitzer didn’t send enough money to pay off our trade in. I spoke to two different people yesterday who were supposed to return my call. Still waiting. From the time I made this review to now, the broken key I spoke of doesn't start the truck. I have attempted to resolve these issues but can’t seem to get a return phone call. Please be reminded this is our 3rd purchase with Spitzer and most likely our last time purchasing. If we can’t get this resolved, I will be updating the review to reflect the additional headaches this dealership has created.
