Bryan Yasulitis

This is my 5th vehicle from Blue Knob and I have to say that it was my worst experience there and that was due to the salesman. It was like we were a bother to him. He had plenty of notice I was coming t that it was my worst experience there and that was due to the salesman. It was like we were a bother to him. He had plenty of notice I was coming to look at a vehicle and yet when I get there he hands me the keys and says oh its out it the back lot somewhere. It will be in the row with the other Toyota's. Then hands the plate and screws to my husband and tells him he can put it on. Any time I have ever gone there, the vehicle was waiting for me and the plate was already on it. We had to take the plate off too. I know he is a salesman but at least do something for the money. I asked some things and the response I received "all I can say is you are buying a used car". The woman (I can't remember her name) that did the paperwork was the nicest person and answered all my questions. My rating would have been a 5 if it wouldn't have been for Bryan. More

Blue Knob was a joy to work with. My husband and I came (with our two children) to look at a Jeep. We worked with Bryan and he was so wonderful, patient, and so understanding. He answ My husband and I came (with our two children) to look at a Jeep. We worked with Bryan and he was so wonderful, patient, and so understanding. He answered all our of questions with ease and explained every step of the process to us. I have two toddlers so they were getting restless by the end of it and everyone there working was so kind and even talked to our kids to try and entertain them while we finished up paperwork and things. The whole process was so smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back in the future when we are in the market for another vehicle! Blue Knob and Bryan both get a 10/10 from my family. More
