(Stefan in Finance was the opposite. Not a fan. He kept trying to push extras on me and was a bit condescending. No one should have to say "no" or decline multiple times to the same ask. And then get scolded about why I shouldn't be declining. If only Tony and Bryant could have handled the entire process...) More

My fiancé and I had never leased a vehicle before (we had always bought outright) and were nervous about the experience, but the team at Culver City Mazda were amazing. They walked us through each part of the leasing process, explained everything in a way that we could easily understand, provided us with several options, and made us feel confident and empowered to make the best decision for a new vehicle. The sales team did not utilize any high-pressure sales tactics that people expect from a car dealership, the financial team was very transparent and helpful, and the service technicians were amazing throughout the lifetime of our lease. When the end of our lease came up, the team was equally amazing. Arlene and Tony made the transition into a new vehicle completely seamless (99% of the work was done entirely over the phone/text) and the gentleman that delivered our new vehicle, Bryant, was professional, helpful, and explained every step of finalizing paperwork flawlessly. He even took the time to make sure I understood the new features in the My Mazda app which we are very excited to start using. Overall, we cannot recommend Culver City Mazda enough.
