I have leased 4 cars from Culver City Mazda and would do it again. Yes s serial leaser!! Hey I love that new car smell and seeing all the places I can go inside my lease mileage without tipping the scale lo it again. Yes s serial leaser!! There was a small snafu (not any fault of Arlene's) but she was right on it to make it right! She makes the process seamless, and painless [as painless as it can be to give up money lol!] The then current car was picked up and the new car delivered the next day! Great service. And thanks also to Bryant, the young man who delivered the car was super knowledgeable and friendly! He walked me through the car, the paperwork, and was patient as could be. I've also had nothing but great service in their service department. Always professional, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I remember the first time I waited into the dealership with my Jetta! I was there way past closing and they made the process enjoyable then as well. Thank you Culver City Mazda for making my car leasing experiences ones that I can speak fondly of! More
