I was told my brakes were wearing and I had new brakes put on last month. Also told I needed to replace my coolant and that was changed last month Made an appointment on the 24 at 9 am for my oil cha put on last month. I drove 15 minutes to get there only to find out that the person I spoke to did not write it down. I was given a 10.00 coupon to use when I came in again. When I presented my coupon the following week Jesse said I could not use it with the 49.dollar price of the oilchange. I thought that was pretty cheesy service. For a locally owned dealership I think you can do better than this. More
