Effective communication and friendly service is what you get at Great Falls Honda. We had our moonroof assessed and fixed in an efficient/timely manner. Our only complaint is that the staff working on the v get at Great Falls Honda. We had our moonroof assessed and fixed in an efficient/timely manner. Our only complaint is that the staff working on the vehicle did not return the car to the exact state it was in before they worked on it. During the initial assessment, the passenger door window switch was opened to look at electrical wiring; and, unfortunately, it was left open/exposed upon returning to us. I didn’t notice til I was nearly home. Luckily, I was able to pop the switch back in place myself, but I expect that type of thing to be done by the professionals. During the actual repair, two of our car seats were uninstalled without our knowledge, and we weren’t told that we needed to reinstall them. They were placed back in the seats they were originally in, and at first glance appeared to not have been touched. Luckily, we noticed before strapping any children in; but you can see how this poses a safety concern. Despite the minor oversights, the overall experience was fantastic, Bryce was professional, polite and easy to talk to. We are happy with our fixed car and definitely recommend this Honda dealership to get it done right. Just be sure to inspect your vehicle well before you pull off the lot. More
