Customer Service (Mr Tony specifically) was awesome. Mr Tony has continued to follow up with me, just amazing. Even with issues with the Onstar plans, when I was getting/got suspicious with the entire d Mr Tony has continued to follow up with me, just amazing. Even with issues with the Onstar plans, when I was getting/got suspicious with the entire deal, usually everyone disappears after the check is signed, but Mr Tony did not. Even the manager was in it to win it (to the end). All dealers are suspect when you as a potential customer arrives, I was shocked and I am not easy to please. Outstanding service, they seem more excited than I was. At the time I got disappointed, they and I am figuring it was Mr Tony, and Mr Thomas handle business. Love it, just don’t have any words to describe how this ended up. I was ready, for a battle……This turned out to be an amazing experience. Problem resolutions registered off the meter. Responsive, professional, friendly, just exceeded my expectations. This car buying experience has been the first time I did not have to change my posture, very accommodating. What’s scary is that pictures online don’t do the actual vehicle justice, I advise go in and take a look. Mr Tony, Thomas, and Mr Ronnie (BABY FACE) thank you, appreciate you all. It’s all good now. Onstar came through OOHRAH!!!!!!! I can’t forget Ms Brooke and Mr Bryce….Thank you for your time and patience and the space that you gave me to get to a place that I made the decision to pull the trigger. More

I bought a used car from the dealership. The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghos The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghosted completely. It's been 2 weeks. My temporary registration is about to expire and I still do not have any paperwork to get my registration of my vehicle started. I have tried reaching out to the dealership, the finance manager, Steve or Bryce but so far I have not heard back anything. Hoping this post and review will get some traction More
