When I first saw the Lyriq I thought it was the car for me. I called Bruce Kittelson from another Luther dealership and asked him who to talk to about ordering one to be one of the first to get one. I understand that this was the fourth one that Luther Cadillac has had. It was long before they started making them that I ordered one. I would check with the dealership and see if any progress had been made and felt that Bryce Wisnewski keeps me well informed all the way. Thank you for all your help. More

Easy process from the time I called to confirm the vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that force vehicle's availability to the time I drove away in my new car. Bryce was easy to work with, and when he unexpectedly had something come up that forced him to leave before I came back to take the car, he was very communicative through text to make sure I had everything that I needed and that someone else was available at the dealership to help me. *I did not work with the service department, just the Sales and Finance Dept., so some of these questions are not applicable. My rating is based on my experience with the dealership for the trade-in of a car and purchase of a new one. More
