Debra was wonderful the first time I bought a new Mercedes Benz. And, fast forward seven years and she - and the entire precess - are still the Movie Stars of the car buying process. Handled the trade and the financing office was also clear and easy to navigate. Its not just the automobiles we come here for - we love the service department. We have two SUVs and a Sprinter RV. The service department is top notch when it comes to diagnostics and service. We are loyal to the MBOKC dealership for a reason!!! More

Horrible customer service , walked to me while i was unloading one of our cars at service saying that they don’t work on cars in that condition without even introducing himself and without knowing anyth unloading one of our cars at service saying that they don’t work on cars in that condition without even introducing himself and without knowing anything about that mercedes , so i told him that im picking up another Mercedes that i dropped off a week ago that was in same conditions, then he walked away without saying anything, i was so confused of what happened, I walked to him and asked him about his name and title then told him that what he did was so unprofessional, he didn’t say a word or apologized. we buy our cars from auctions so some of them don’t look the best, but that’s why we bring them to the service department which is not free. Never dealing with this dealership service department again. More

Fine but not “Mercedes” service I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships and service is something they take very seriously. Okc dealership is always polite but misses the mark. La I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships and service is something they take very seriously. Okc dealership is always polite but misses the mark. Last time I was in I reserved a loaner car to run some errands to maximize my time in town (I drive from Stillwater) my service rep asked me several times before leaving the dealership in loaner car what time I would be back. I am a woman I was running errands it was an abnormal question from previous dealerships. Service rep called to let me know service was complete and asked again what time I would be returning to dealership. Tulsa Mercedes always supplied me with a water and snacks as they walked me to the car and encouraged me to enjoy a day in town. After receiving my car back and arriving back in Stillwater i noticed my oil change odometer had not been reset not a big deal since I was scheduled to return to dealership in two weeks for a new windshield at that appointment i asked again if they could please reset odometer and believe or not it once again got missed but i didn’t notice until I got back to Stillwater. I reached out several times to my service rep who told me to come back to the dealership and they would get it done. You have to understand my frustration at this point since I live out of town and gone to take care of my sick father often. Service rep eventually stopped returning my text messages about other options so i called service manager who was nice enough to try and send me instructions over email which did not work and I let him know it didn’t work. A similar instance happened (check engine light came on) when I left the Tulsa dealership so naturally called my service rep in Tulsa who was super apologetic and told me if it did not turn off by the after arriving home and restarting the vehicle they would send a mechanic TO MY HOUSE to fix the issue. That’s mercedes service at its finest. Currently my car thinks I’m 3800 miles over an oil change. Really not that big of deal but for the price increase from previous location to new location okc is missing the mark. I’m not sure if i will return to okc dealership for further services More
