The process was fast, easy and comfortable. Bryson was knowledgeable, friendly was true to his word. This was the least stressful, and easiest purchase of a vehicle I've ever had. Walt Sweeney Ford did not sell me a quality used car, Bryson (salesman) did not follow through on his promises and the service department was incompetent in dealing with me. Bryson sold me a used car tha Bryson (salesman) did not follow through on his promises and the service department was incompetent in dealing with me. Bryson sold me a used car that he said has been checked out and everything looked great with a couple of small things that were wrong. When I bought the car, he said he would order a mirror, a handle and fog light and get an alignment when he gets the parts in. I bought the car in January and didn't check the AC, because it was 22 degrees outside. He said the car was checked throughly and everything worked fine. He said that if there were any issues when it got warmer, let us know and we will do right by you. When the service department got the handle and mirror cover, the fog light wasn't in but said they would call when it comes in. I dropped the car off to have the mirror and handle put on. I dropped it off the night before my 7:45 am appointment the next day. I live an hour away so I told them to call me when it was ready and I would drive down. Brittany (Service Department) told me the car would be ready by 6. I get there the next day about 5, and she said it isn't ready. Nobody has even started painting the handle and mirror. I was confused and upset. I told them to keep the car overnight and I would make the 1 hour drive back the next day when it is ready. They called at 4:20 the next day and said it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so I could start coming down. I got there and they had it painted but not on the vehicle and nobody is there to put the parts on. They lent me a car for the weekend and said they would deliver the car to me at work when it was ready. They did and it looked great, minus the missing fog light. I go to drive home, and they never did the alignment. I never got the fog light. I just called in April when it got warmer and my AC wasn't working, and no, they won't cover it because it was past 30 days. Based off of this experience, they can not be trusted to be thorough with used vehicles and will not honor their commitments. I will not do any kind of business with Bryson, Walt Sweeny dealerships and the service department. If you buy a brand new car, they may treat you better, but they have made me fill worthless because I didn't spend $30k on a new car, because I am a teacher and a used car was all I could afford. After working with Bryson for a year, we finally came to an agreement on a vehicle that met my needs and budget. He's very diligent, and kind. Unwillingness to negotiate and they falsely advertised a warranty for a vehicle that was over 100k miles. The window also stated the vehicle would get a warranty of 50/50, but they tried to get me to sign s warranty for a vehicle that was over 100k miles. The window also stated the vehicle would get a warranty of 50/50, but they tried to get me to sign saying I was buying as is. I still had to pay for a service warranty. The people were nice and helpful in answering questions and Bryson was friendly. More
