Unwillingness to negotiate and they falsely advertised a warranty for a vehicle that was over 100k miles. The window also stated the vehicle would get a warranty of 50/50, but they tried to get me to sign s warranty for a vehicle that was over 100k miles. Sales rep Bryson was available and answered many questions over a couple of days to make the sale and the experience feel welcoming . We are out of town customers and had to travel quite a ways to p questions over a couple of days to make the sale and the experience feel welcoming . We are out of town customers and had to travel quite a ways to pick up our car , but the trip was worth it . The finance rep was diligent in her position and made the transaction seem painless. Even though they will not accept out of office financing like your own bank , it seems as if she tried to get a good rate. She was a bit pushy with extended warranties, but in my experience, all finance reps are. I would recommend this dealership first for the pricing of their vehicles, and secondly for sales reps like Bryson. More
