With the market the way it is now, it is hard to find a dealership that is not going to charge thousands of extra dollars to “adjust” the price or not be transparent with the pricing when initially connecting with them. Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw was completely different from the other 70 dealerships I had called. Not only were they transparent, up front, no hidden costs, but they were also really kind, caring and understanding of our situation. We drove in from out of town because their service was so great. They knew exactly what car we were looking for, made sure to let us know before it arrived, and the transaction was seamless. I have never before had a transaction go so smoothly. There were no surprises in terms of pricing and we were treated like long-term customers. My family and I felt so comfortable with how they run their business that we will continue coming in from out of town to service the car. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process and kept us up to date on each step. Our salesman Bryce was great. He was there from the beginning, and answered all my calls and emails immediately. He helped do everything from providing us with a great service, to making sure we understood the car and walked us through every button and feature. I also want to give kudos the Finance Manager that provided us with a great experience. Seriously would give this dealership a 1000/10 if I could. I would highly recommend them and definitely enjoying my Kia Seltos because of them.
