I started my sales career as a home theater expert for Best Buy, but then shortly after, developed a passion for Automobile Sales. I’m currently working on my degree at Kennesaw State University. Whenever I’m not at the dealership you can typically either find me online running a gaming channel on YouTube or finding my time trying to stick to some sort of gym schedule with friends. The wife and I drove 6 hours to get to Jim Ellis and it was well worth the haul. Every mile of the drive I was worried that they would raise prices on us since we had only discussed costs. My friends warned me "they know you are committed - so be careful!" When I finally arrived the prices were the same, the care and support was there - everything lined up for a nice easy purchase. Only thing suggestion I had (and it's small) is that the gas tank was 1/2 full. After $39K is spent - throw me bone plz. =) Other than that - perfect transition. More

I always like to give 5 STARS but everything has to be right to do this. In this case my delivery of my new Carnival LXS had some issues. The purchase included the Jim Ellis Protections Pkg so much of th right to do this. In this case my delivery of my new Carnival LXS had some issues. The purchase included the Jim Ellis Protections Pkg so much of this is related to that: 1. First thing I noticed driving away is that tires were inflated to 47 lbs, 10 more than specified. Didn't look like the air had been replaced with nitrogen as specified. 2. In the shade windows look clean, in sunlight my windows were dirty and there were still suction cups marks on the windshield from installation at factory I assume. Also the driver and passenger windows had not been tinted per Pkg. 3. Door edge guards not installed per Pkg. 4. Removed 15-20 pieces of tape that the factory puts there during manufacture. 5. Appreciate the tank of gas, but my MIL (malfunction indicator lamp) came on because the gas cap was not put back correctly. This is my 5th new KIA I've purchased since 2011 and the previous 4 would get 5 stars. First time to have issues like this. All were corrected, but it meant another 1 hour drive one-way to go back and get it done. I'd certainly buy another car here, but I would be much more circumspect before driving off with it!! More

While waiting for my vehicle, I was engaged in conversation with Brett Jones about my wish to purchase a new Teluride and other small talk, when Katherine Nunn walk over and snapped at him to go o conversation with Brett Jones about my wish to purchase a new Teluride and other small talk, when Katherine Nunn walk over and snapped at him to go outside and engage with some guest that were in the parking lot. He mentioned to her he had an appointment with someone else in a few minutes but she did not care about that. And she didn’t even care about the fact he was busy helping me. I felt uncomfortable for the salesperson with the way she rudely addressed him in the front of me and she NEVER excused herself for interrupting our conversation. Later, I approached the sales desk to get her card so I could discreetly get her name, then she approached me aggressively asking if I had a problem. At this point I did not want to speak with her because she had rubbed me the wrong way with her prior behavior and now with her current aggressive approach. She finally got the point and walk off. The receptionist apologized and by that time my vehicle was ready. More
