The GM was very kind and took the car back to fix the problems only to return it with more problems that did not exist. After 3.5 weeks of being stuck in service bay, we got the car back with a new rattle under the car. Nobody will return our call without a threat but at this point, we will NEVER bring that car to them again. Isn't a tail light out part of a Safety Check? Next time we'll stick with CARMAX. More

He took his time to explain the technical aspects of the vehicle and also why he felt that the asking price was justifiable. He was willing to consider my offers that he felt was fair for all parties.
