I received an email in just a few minutes asking me several questions to which I had already provided the information for in the original request I had sent just minutes earlier. They didn't even read the details I took the time to write up and provide. All they did was get my email address and start firing irrelevant questions at me that were designed to figure out how much they could profit on this possible transaction and where they could potentially hide their profit in the transaction. I inquired about a specific vehicle and granted, the number I needed to get to was lower than their asking price, but they weren't interested in working with me to see if we could come to terms. They didn't even make me a "this is the best we can do" type of offer. If they had they might have sold a vehicle that day. They did not make me feel valued as a person, but rather, "how can we make a bunch of money on this". They didn't even care enough to spell my name correctly in their correspondence. Again, not customer focused. The most dishonest part (in my opinion) was that Kevin Grover's discount price posted on their internet for the used vehicle with 11,000 miles on it (which I was interested in) was still higher than the sticker price of a brand new one of the same year (it was a 2022), make, model and options. And another fact, For the same money they wanted for their used vehicle, I can buy a brand new, totally redesigned, 2023 version of the same vehicle, which comes with several more additional options not available on the used 2022 version they were selling. Do your research on the internet and get offers from other dealers before you talk to or buy anything from Kevin Grover Buick GMC. Then when you go in you will be knowledgeable and prepared for dealing with them and their sales tactics. More

I saw a pickup online at Kevin Grover GMC. that I had been trying to find. I called and talked with Butch Breshears on the phone and sent him pictures of my trade. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the front door and they ask if I was Mr. Edmonds and ask if I could use a cold water or soda. I went to the finance office and completed the sale with Kevin Wright. I then met Kevin Grover and talked with him. They had my new vehicle all cleaned up and ready to go. They went over how everything worked on the vehicle and ask if I had any questions. My answer was no because it was nearly like my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. It was a pleasant buying experience with no high pressure. I have bought many new vehicles and this was one of the better experiences. More
