I travel for work, but, he worked with me by phone so that I clearly understood trade-in values and how that relates to Fitzgerald's pricing policy. Poor Business Ethics My husband was looking for a truck and thought he found one Saturday afternoon. He was told no one was available to clean it and it wouldn't be ready My husband was looking for a truck and thought he found one Saturday afternoon. He was told no one was available to clean it and it wouldn't be ready til Monday. We completed the process of credit check, etc. my husband told them he would be back Monday after work. He called Monday for he had a question and was told the truck was sold, that he didn't put any money down. To me this is just bad business and we will not be doing business with a company like this. He is a young man with a lot of potential I just wanted to take the time and complement one of your service department employees. His name is Bryon. He is a young man with a lot of potential. He was very helpful and took the time with me when I had my car in for service. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and he was very friendly. He also made sure that our bill was correct when there was a question about the charge. Not many times do people take the time to make a complement, but in this case, it is well deserved.
