Just came back again and this time came out with 3 cars. I called Tino Hurtado and setup an appt, gave him my budget, told him what I wanted and when I got to to the dealership he showed me everything in my range. I appreciated being listened to and felt no pressure, I did ask to see new models but chose a Kia Optima. Perfect car for me and had all the perks I wanted, worked on the payment with me. I could not be happier!! Location is right off the freeway. Kia has definitely re-designed their cars to be much more sleeker and I love that everything I was looking for was in a standard model. At my family thanksgiving my cousin shows me her new car and told me the great deal she got so I had to check it out myself. I called the sales rep she worked with, Tino, and he was so helpful on the phone, told me when to come in and meet him, listened exactly to what I wanted, needed and what my price range was. I honestly didn't think I would get a brand new new car but I did!!! He ran all the numbers, showed me the difference between this and an older model and I am so glad he did, I got the 2023 Rio 5-door. Got a 2013 Forte, this thing feels just like new, has the features I wanted and is in great condition.
