I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. I was welcomed immediately by Chris and he was very understanding with what I was looking for and made my request to look at a truck happen. He was very transparent with the condition of the truck and the dealership fixed the issue (replaced the battery and installed a bigger, more powerful battery.) He was upfront with the cost and breakdown of the vehicle and provided the CARFAX as well. At no point did I feel pressured to agree to anything I didn’t want too and he answered every question I had promptly. The financing and speed of the sale was fairly quick and it was a good experience starting the process early in the day online. When I got there to get the truck it wasn’t a long wait compared to other dealerships. Dylan was excellent to work with for the finances as he was able to lower the interest rate in real time. Also did not feel pressured whatsoever when signing the paperwork. I recommend going to this dealership if you’re pursuing a used vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend you request Chris!
