The purchase process was great. My sales representative was very personable and thorough. I financing through the dealership and purchased everything they “sold” me. I was promised that an additional temporary registration would be mailed overnight to me as long as I gave 2 days notice prior to its expiration. My email went unanswered for a week and I had to call in. I was told it would be overnighted and it was not. I eventually received it but I did not have a valid registration for 10 days. I was also told that the state taxes for my vehicle would be around $1200 and it could be financed. Then I got a notice that the taxes were a little over $700. Do I get a refund? I have never heard anything from anyone at this dealership except from the salesperson asking for a good review. When I updated my review to show my true experience, I received another call from the salesperson asking me to change my review to 5 stars. I told her that my problem was not with her and I was her finance team failed to do as promised. She then said that my review affected her personally even though the finance team dropped the ball. I still have not heard from the finance team about my tax issue. I guess since they got me to finance everything through the dealership, they made their money and washed their hands of me. The is the second experience with a Ford dealership with the same type of results. Therefore, this will be the last time I purchase any vehicle from Ford. More
