All aspects were great C J Cotton was very professional and knowledgeable he sold me on the car I was only a few days away from buying a Ford F150. Speedy Communication & Service TL;DR 9/10 Highly recommended. After test driving one model, CJ & team recommended a different, clearanced car to me, which quickly became the dealers TL;DR 9/10 Highly recommended. After test driving one model, CJ & team recommended a different, clearanced car to me, which quickly became the dealership's first priority to market and sell to me. I did buy this second car because of the discount offered, and the team worked quickly to answer my questions and meet my requirements. In retrospect, I feel that I was pressured via assumption in some moments; sales team members sometimes phrased questions and next steps as though I had already made up my mind when I could have used time to drive other vehicles. Once I did commit to buying, I had to wait alone at a desk for about 2 hours (total, not continuous) for unseen reasons - I assume paperwork or backroom discussions. I was irked when the gentleman detailing financing options (Chris) told me that baseline warranty did not include "bumper to bumper" work when those exact words were promised by Anthony a few minutes ago, though this was not a large issue for me. That being said, my experience was overall positive with this dealership and team. I recommend their infectious positivity and eagerness to help, and I'm happy with my new Kia. More

The customer service was out of this world. I came in an hour before closing and they took their time to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. They didn’t pressure me to get anything and once I did fini hour before closing and they took their time to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. They didn’t pressure me to get anything and once I did finish the purchase CJ still stayed in contact to make sure everything was to my liking. Cj was awesome on the sales floor and Justin was quick in finance. Everything was perfect. More
