Sketchy, shady, dishonest and untrustworthy. Buying my car was an okay experience but after the fact, it was nothing but brutal. My car was sold to me with safety issues and when I brought it in Buying my car was an okay experience but after the fact, it was nothing but brutal. My car was sold to me with safety issues and when I brought it in about a month after buying it, an inspection was done and service said everything was great and good! Just last week I took it to another dealer for an oil change and MANY safety issues were found with it. Not sure how you can sell a car without a safety inspection….. you completely took advantage of a young girl buying her first car. When I called about the issue, I was rudely hung up on by the dealer manager and my situation was not understood. He was not willing to help and literally said “what do you want me do about that?”. Pete sold me the car and from the other review, I see he has not changed a bit. I will not be recommending this dealership and I hope you learn from your mistakes and being dishonest with your customer, not smart business. More
