I bought a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus in May. It’s been in the shop twice for electrical problems. The last time they had it for eight days. My phone still doesn’t work with the car to be used as It’s been in the shop twice for electrical problems. The last time they had it for eight days. I was told some things were included with the Black Label package but come to find out you have to pay extra for those. I thought that’s why I got the top of the line but I guess not. I ordered mud flaps two months ago. They still haven’t come in. My car sat in the garage for a week because it wouldn’t start. They finally had it towed to the dealership. I was t going to get a loaner car until the third week of September. Again, I bring up the Black Label package and the perks you’re supposed to have. Miraculously they got a car for me. More
