I bought a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus in May. It’s been in the shop twice for electrical problems. The last time they had it for eight days. I was told some things were included with the Black Label package but come to find out you have to pay extra for those. I thought that’s why I got the top of the line but I guess not. I ordered mud flaps two months ago. They still haven’t come in. My car sat in the garage for a week because it wouldn’t start. They finally had it towed to the dealership. I was t going to get a loaner car until the third week of September. Again, I bring up the Black Label package and the perks you’re supposed to have. Miraculously they got a car for me. More
