Very disappoint again. I was promised that my vehicle would be taken care of. Get it back with damage. Service advisor Clay did not take care of me and promised me he would. Clay was great! I called in regards to my car not starting and he pointed me in the right direction but when that direction didn’t work he went out of his way to send a helper to jumpstart my jeep. T starting and he pointed me in the right direction but when that direction didn’t work he went out of his way to send a helper to jumpstart my jeep. The helper was kind of rude but Clay was not at all. I ended up going to the shop and Clay was in the process of leaving for the day but instead he stayed talk to me and helped me. I had to get a new battery as well as changing the oil but I was just very happy that I was able to get my Jeep fixed the day before Christmas Eve. I now only want to deal with Clay for any future issues. More
