Quick fast repair. I have no issues with the repair. However we're living in a pandemic. The fact that none of your employees (particularly your shuttle driver) were wea I have no issues with the repair. However we're living in a pandemic. The fact that none of your employees (particularly your shuttle driver) were wearing masks or seeming to make any effort to socially distance concerns me. The mask is not for your employees protection - It's for (my) your customer's protection. While you did a great job on the repair, it's not worth risking my health (or potentially my life since I'm in a high risk group) to get my vehicle repaired. One little bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter isn't enough. More

Brought truck in for the same issue 4th time, second replaced radio. 3rd radio in yesterday. Last night at home having same issue of instruments panel repeatedly coming on and going off with the truck t replaced radio. 3rd radio in yesterday. Last night at home having same issue of instruments panel repeatedly coming on and going off with the truck turned off , keys out ignition doors closed . Had also mentioned this time that directional lines on backup camera were gone. Were supposed to check and fix. Were still gone when got the truck home.i am very upset that this issue can not be resolved. Service techs are just guessing at issue.
