Bought a brand new Platinum Explorer and never got the code for the driver's side keypad. Have been there three times to get it, and was told they couldn't do it. Why would you sell a new car and not kn code for the driver's side keypad. Have been there three times to get it, and was told they couldn't do it. Why would you sell a new car and not know the access code or be able to program it? Two managers said they couldn't do it. Also had a ding in the door they said they would repair, it was repaired like a salesperson put some fingernail polish on it. This was a $60k+ car , promises were made and not kept. More
