2023 Vehicle purchased 9/29. On 10/3 the audio in the vehicle didn't work from 3pm into the next morning. I had called shortly after 5pm on 10/3, so missed the service department On 10/3 the audio in the vehicle didn't work from 3pm into the next morning. I had called shortly after 5pm on 10/3, so missed the service department but spoke with my sales person. On 10/5 the check engine light came on. Service couldn't get me in "for a while." I didn't think it was unreasonable to get me in soon since I had the vehicle for a week. They didn't feel the same. I was told it would be free to diagnose anywhere, which ended up being untrue. I got in to my local dealer within a couple days. On arrival I had to sign a document stating I would be responsible for a $160 diagnostic charge if the problem wasn't covered under warranty. Luckily, the item is covered under warranty. I now have to leave my car for an undetermined length of time and can't be provided with a loaner. I work 30 min away and am a single mother. I wouldn't have to go through any of this if Symdon sold me a reliable vehicle or cared to correct the problem. More

Honestly, working with Cade and Shane has been the easiest and most helpful experience with buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. They had the vehicle ready when I got there, I showed up before my appointme easiest and most helpful experience with buying a vehicle I’ve ever had.
