When you schedule a service appointment for a front-end alignment a week in advance at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (80k+) only to be told after waiting for more than an hour after you arr alignment a week in advance at the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (80k+) only to be told after waiting for more than an hour after you arrive in the waiting room that they can't do the alignment because the vehicle is too large for the alignment machine, xxx!!! How do you sell a vehicle 2020 Sierra 3500HD Denali Duramax DRW that you can't service? We are currently looking to purchase a new 2024 1 Ton truck to pull our 5th wheel but this dealership won't get another penny of our $! More

I reviewed the dealership website, got a call from Alyssa on the used car lot side. Visit their site to view the vehicle Alyssa wasn't available and she referred Matt. Both individuals were awesome, polite and friendly. I did purchase a vehicle and very happy and satisfied with my choice. Before I end this review I have/must name the young lady that assisted me two days follow my vehicle purchase. I called Matt was off and the young lady in the service department was VERY VERY HELPFUL to assist me. I apologize for forgetting her name but she was very Helpful to service my need!!!! My apologies again, Catilyn was her name.😁 More

I must commend Mr. Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man for the job. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Mr. Mitch when he was a service writer and now that he’s the service manager I feel more comfortable than ever having Legacy service my vehicles. With him as manager I’m absolutely confident my service will be done right and ready as promised. When I do come to the dealership I make a point to tell him hello and he always greets my by my first name with a smile and handshake. It’s great to be part of the Legacy family. Keep up the great job Mr. Mitch and all of your team. God Bless you all! More

Caitlynn I only have one word to describe her and that is amazing. She always greet me with a smile has a friendly personality and shows real interest in my vehicles and the service that I need to have done. amazing. Blake is by far the best and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have purchased 3 vehicles so far from him and as far as I’m concerned he is my only salesman I will deal I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
