This is what I expect in when looking for a car. Juan product knowledge was very detailed. He highlighted which features were standard and those in other packages but then on the test drive demonstrated how they work. This praise extends to the rest of the sales staff. If Juan was busy others stepped up to fill in and continue the same type of service to the customer that Juan had started. They were always conscience of the customers needs. When I called Lieth Acura acquiring about the Lexus I was greeted by a guy named Allan and I asked was the car still available and he said yes.So I told him I would be able to come see it the following day,w greeted by a guy named Allan and I asked was the car still available and he said yes.So I told him I would be able to come see it the following day,which I did!
