Every time I met with him, he was incredibly personable and kind. I felt ZERO sales pressure from him, and felt like he was genuinely focused on making sure of what was right for me - from choosing the Trim level and color, to my trade-in value. He was transparent throughout, no surprises in costs - I knew from the beginning what price would be and he held to that.
