After a terrible buying experience full of lies from salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check and was told by service manager multiple times salesman was supposed to get me hooked up to fordpass by salesman at purchase which didn't happen they told me even after paying for extended service contract that I would have to pay 165 dollars for diagnosing. Not very pleased with the service, we bought a car from them and a couple weeks after driving it we noticed some things not right. They told us the headlight that holds moisture was too much money to repla them and a couple weeks after driving it we noticed some things not right. They told us the headlight that holds moisture was too much money to replace since we “didn’t make them enough money on the sale”, “that they done us a favor when they sold us the car” and the tires were not in great shape and we noticed a noise with the power steering so after they had the car for 2 days they balanced the tires and sent us on our way! They swear they done an inspection on the car and everything was good on it. More
