The dealer was not up front about interest rate was told it was lower interest rate than it was and we have perfect credit. Also my car was traded from another dealership LaFontaine had my car for 2 days it it was lower interest rate than it was and we have perfect credit. Also my car was traded from another dealership LaFontaine had my car for 2 days it had not been cleaned before we got there it was also given to us with a dirty interior. It took 5 hours to get through all there crap in order to sign the papers on our lease. I will not be returning to this dealership! More

We have not purchased a vehicle for many years, it was a surprise at how long it took to process the paperwork of this vehicle, and how many documents were involved in a cash sale. We arrived at 10:45 AM on Saturday, 8/22, and left at 2:40 PM, that seemed a little long to wait for completion of our transaction, even with 2 trade ins. Calvin's son, Curtis, was a huge help in explaining the new technology inside our new car.
